How old do I have to be to place an order?
  • You must be 21 and above to place an order.
Where do you ship to?
  • Our service may be limited or not available at all in some places due to local law or other restrictions. We ship to all states in the continental US, except for Alabama (AL), Arkansas (AR), Mississippi (MS), Tennessee (TN), Utah (UT) and Virginia (VA).
Can you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes?
  • Orders cannot be shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO or P.O. Box, because all orders require an Adult Signature.
Do you ship internationally?
  • Unfortunately, not at the moment.
How soon do you process orders?
  • Most orders ship within 1-2 business days but it can take up to 3-4 business days in some instances depending on product availability and when the carrier picks up. Our network of retailers fulfilling your order ship Monday - Friday 9-5 PM. Orders are not fulfilled on bank holidays and weekends. Depending on your location, orders will be delivered within 2-14 business days after shipment. From time to time, there may be some delays.
What is your return/refund policy? 
  • All orders are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, if you receive your order and it has been damaged during shipment or the goods you received do not match your order, or anything is missing from your order, email us at info@shopmionetto.com within 3 days of receiving the shipment with a description of the damages or incorrect items and you must include pictures.

How many days will it take to get my package?
  • Orders are shipped from fulfillment centers in CT, NY, NJ, MA, IL, FL, and CA, and generally take 1-7 business days for delivery when shipped ground.

  • Orders to Oklahoma and Texas may take slightly longer, due to the use of local carriers in those states. An online order can take up to 7-14 business days to be delivered depending on the carrier and the shipping address.

  • If it has been more than 3 business days and you have not received a tracking email, please contact info@shopmionetto.com for assistance.

  • We recommend that customers place orders early in the week to decrease the likelihood that an order sits in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.

  • Please note that Freixenet Mionetto USA assumes no liability for product damage due to poor weather during transport or delayed delivery. Please check weather conditions before ordering and ensure that someone will be available to receive the package upon delivery. The most frequent cause of damages is due to multiple delivery attempts. Please monitor your package tracking to ensure on-time delivery.
How do I track my order?
  • You will receive an email with your tracking number once it has been fulfilled. If you have not received the email yet, please check your promotions, junk, and spam folders before reaching out as the email sometimes ends up there.
Do I need to be home to receive my package?
  • ALL SHIPMENTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL REQUIRE AN ADULT (21 YEARS OR OLDER) SIGNATURE UPON DELIVERY

  • Please plan accordingly by entering a shipping address and date that will allow someone 21 years or older to be available in person to sign for the package, and by keeping a valid form of ID on hand.

  • Carriers will not leave packages containing alcohol unattended, even if you have a signature on file. If you are not able to be at home to receive your package during normal business hours, we recommend having it shipped to your place of work or opting to have your shipment held at the nearest FedEx or UPS pick-up location.
Can I add or remove a product from my order? 
  • We are unable to make changes on your product selection.
Can I change my delivery address? 
  • If you enter an incorrect delivery address in connection with your order or otherwise fail to sign for your order upon delivery, email us at info@shopmionetto.com. If your order is returned to the sender, you will be able to receive a refund for the cost of your item, minus any applicable shipping costs and a $20 restocking fee.

Are your products gluten free and/or vegan?
  • All our sparkling wine products are vegan and gluten-free. Mionetto's Prosecco is naturally gluten-free, as it is made from grapes and does not include any gluten-containing ingredients during production.

  • Mionetto Prosecco is also suitable for vegetarians and vegans as we do not use any animal-derived fining agents in our winemaking process.
Are any of the grapes organically grown?
  • Yes, the grapes used in our Organic Prosecco are certified organically grown without synthetic chemicals
Where are Mionetto's vineyards located?
  • Our vineyards are primarily located in the heart of the Prosecco region in Valdobbiadene and Treviso, Italy.
What grape varieties are used in Mionetto's Prosecco?
  • The primary grape variety used is Glera, the traditional grape for Prosecco. Some selections may include small amounts of other authorized local varieties.
What is the difference between Mionetto's Brut and Extra Dry Prosecco?
  • The primary difference lies in the residual sugar content. Brut Prosecco is drier with lower sugar levels, offering crisp acidity, while Extra Dry has a slightly higher sugar content, providing a softer, fruitier taste.
What is the residual sugar content in Mionetto's different Prosecco varieties?
  • The residual sugar content varies by type:

    ∙ Brut: Up to 12 grams per liter, offering a dry taste.
    ∙ Extra Dry: Between 12 and 17 grams per liter, slightly sweeter.
    ∙ Dry: Between 17 and 32 grams per liter, noticeably sweeter.
What is the alcohol content of Mionetto Prosecco?
  • The alcohol content of Mionetto Prosecco usually is 11%.
How should I store and serve Mionetto Prosecco for the best experience?
  • Plan on pouring about 5 glasses of wine per bottle. Although there is no set rule, we prefer to serve our sparkling wine between 40-45 °F to enjoy its optimal taste and effervescence. Chill the bottle in an ice bucket for approximately 20 minutes before your guests arrive.
What is the best way to store an opened bottle of Prosecco?
  • Reseal the bottle with a sparkling wine stopper and store it upright in the refrigerator. It's best consumed within 1-2 days to maintain its bubbles and freshness.
